Black students were the largest ethnic group in Talbot County school in the 2024-25 school year, according to the Georgia Department of Education.
Of the 352 students attending Talbot County school, 87.8% were Black. White students were the second-largest ethnic group, making up 9.9% of enrollment.
In the previous school year, Black students were also the largest group in Talbot County, accounting for 84.7% of the total enrollment.
Total enrollment in Talbot County school declined by 4.1% in the 2024-25 school year compared with the previous year.
