As a result of ongoing construction affecting public access, the Probate Court of Harris County will be closed on Friday, June 6, 2025. This closure has been ordered by Chief Superior Court Judge Arthur L. Smith, III.

Judge Smith’s order allows for the suspension, tolling, extension, or other forms of relief from deadlines and filing requirements as outlined in O.C.G.A. § 38-3-62 during this period. The court is scheduled to reopen at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, June 9, 2025.
