On Friday, May 16, former Calvary Christian School standout Matthew Pearce collegiate team wins in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship

On Friday, May 16, former Calvary Christian School standout Matthew Pearce’s current collegiate team the Young Harris Mountain Lions won 8-13 against the Lander Bearcats in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Newman Park at 3 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Lander Bearcats in the tournament.

The Young Harris Mountain Lions’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 3 p.m. at Newman Park.
