County of Harris issued the following announcement on Aug. 11.
The Harris County Health Department is vaccinating the public every Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. COVID-19 testing dates for August are Wednesday, Aug. 18, Tuesday, Aug. 24, and Monday, Aug. 30th. Registration for vaccines and testing is recommended but not required. COVID-19 vaccine shots and testing are free.
