The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Sanford Dixon Bishop Jr., Sanford D. Bishop, Jr. for Congress, refunded $1,000 to Mark Rahiya on Aug. 2, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Sanford D. Bishop, Jr. for Congress has refunded $1,000 total since March 1.
