County of Harris issued the following announcement on Feb. 2.
The Board of County Commissioners approved installing 2,000 linear feet of six-inch PVC water line and fire hydrants on Green Drive using federal American Rescue Plan (ARP) funds during their February 1, 2022 commission meeting.
Gordy Construction Company of Fortson, Georgia was the low bidder at $127,832.
This water improvement project is scheduled to start during February and be completed by April. For more information about this water project, contact the Harris County Water Works Department at 706-324-1175.
