Of the 107 people living in De Soto in 2020, 49.5 percent (53) were women and 50.5 percent (54) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the WC Georgia News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 7. In the 65 and over age range, there were 13 females and six males.
