Of the 2,214 people living in Buena Vista in 2020, 54.2 percent (1,200) were women and 45.8 percent (1,014) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the WC Georgia News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 73. In the 65 and over age range, there were 140 females and 152 males.
