HAMILTON, GA (JULY 29, 2022) – The Harris County Board of Education has approved the Harris County School District (HCSD) Five-Year Strategic Plan. This plan will be a guiding document for the next five years, 2023 to 2028, to direct the district’s path educationally, financially, and strategically.
