Update from the HCSD Transportation Department:
As we conclude the first full week of school, we want to thank everyone for your patience and partnership. We realize some of you are awaiting a response from your recently submitted transportation request. Please know that we have received an unprecedented number of these requests at a time when - as previously shared - we are working to get more drivers. While we are processing the requests as quickly as we can, please understand each one takes a bit of time as we must coordinate where and when to pick up each child. As more stops are needed, there may be changes to current stops for the riders and changed routes for the drivers. Please do not be alarmed if your bus stop or bus pickup/drop off time changes. Again, thank you for your continued patience and support.
