Georgia State Patrol-Post 30, Crisp County Sheriff’s Office, and Cordele Police Department are teaming together to collect donations for the 2022 Toys for Tots Campaign. Toys for Tots is a non-profit organization that helps children in unfortunate situations receive Christmas Gifts. We will hold this event at the intersection of Pecan and 16th Ave. on November 18th from 10 AM-2 PM.
In 2021 Toys for Tots and Adopt an Angel teamed up and help 600 families in Crisp County alone. With the economy the way it is in today’s time several people will not be able to provide a Christmas for their children this year. We are trying to fill that gap for these families. All the toys received and money collected go directly back to your community, and each toy will make a huge difference. We are asking the citizens of Crisp County to come together and help brighten a child’s Christmas this year.
Anyone that wishes to donate a check can make it out to Toys for Tots. If you would like to drop off toys you may do so by taking them to any of the Toys for Tots or Adopt an Angel boxes that are around town or come to the State Patrol office on Hwy 300.
