The Harris County Board of Commissioners has identified Clark Harrell as the sole finalist for the position of County Manager. This decision follows the legal notification requirements outlined in Georgia Law (O.C.G.A. § 50-18-72(a)(11)).
Clark Harrell currently holds the role of County Administrator in Crisp County, a position he has maintained since 2019. The final decision regarding his appointment will be made during the Regular Session meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 6:30 p.m.
